The conference registration does not cover hotel accommodations for Indian attendees and students.

Registration Fee (Single Room): $625
The registration fee of $625 per person will cover two nights at the hotel (check-in on January 4, 2026 and check-out on January 6, 2026), all meals, conference expenses and post-conference book.
Individuals who stay for extra nights will pay the hotel for the extra nights at the single room rate during check-out.

Registration Fee (Shared Room - One Attendee and One Non-Attendee): $800
The registration fee of $800 per couple for an attendee and non-attendee who share a room will cover two nights at the hotel (check-in on January 4, 2026 and check-out on January 6, 2026) all meals, conference expenses and post-conference book.
Individuals who stay for extra nights will pay the hotel for the extra nights at the shared room rate during check-out.
