Conference Registration
Option 1 (Single Hotel Room): $775
The registration fee of $775 will cover three nights at the hotel (check-in on January 7, 2014 and check-out on January 10, 2014), and all conference expenses.
Individuals who wish to stay extra nights should add $90 per night (bed and breakfast).
NOTE: Please enter your hotel check-in and check-out dates on the registration form.
Option 2 (Shared Hotel Room): $670
The registration fee of $670 will cover three nights at the hotel (check-in on January 7, 2014 and check-out on January 10, 2014), and all conference expenses.
Individuals who wish to stay extra nights should add $55 per night (bed and breakfast).
NOTE: The other person sharing the hotel room must register under Option 2 and pay the registration fee of $670.
NOTE: Please enter your hotel check-in and check-out dates and the name of the person sharing the room on the registration form.
Option 3 (Without Accommodation): $505
The registration fee of $505 will cover all conference expenses including the sightseeing trip.
Option 4 (Without Accommodation and Sightseeing Trip): $450
The registration fee of $450 will cover all conference expenses excluding the sightseeing trip.
Option 5 (Spouse/Partner; Shared Hotel Room): $330
The registration fee of $330 will cover three nights at the hotel (check-in on January 7, 2014 and check-out on January 10, 2014), including breakfast and dinner, and a sightseeing trip.
Individuals who wish to stay extra nights should add $20 per night (bed and breakfast).
NOTE: The other person sharing the hotel room must register under Option 1 and pay the registration fee of $775 and $90 per night for extra nights.
